Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@bijolina.com with your order number
- Receive your prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. Custom or personalized pieces are also non-returnable unless defective.
