Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
