1-Year Limited Warranty
All BIJOLINA jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Loose or missing stones due to setting failure
- Broken clasps or closures under normal use
- Tarnishing beyond normal wear
- Structural defects in the metal
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor tarnishing)
- Damage from chemical exposure (perfume, chlorine, cleaning products)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at info@bijolina.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label
- We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you
Certification
All lab-grown diamonds from BIJOLINA come with independent certification from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America), verifying the quality, cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of each stone.
