30-Day Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@bijolina.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange. Contact us and we'll arrange everything for you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
